Discover many of the highlights of the Incan region on this fascinating tour of contrasts. Visit Lima, the "City of Kings", Arequipa "the white city" and the spectacular Colca Canyon where you can hopefully see Peru's majestic Condor. Explore Lake Titicaca where the Indians live on floating island of reeds before crossing the Altiplano to Cuzco where you will visit the Sacred Valley and the "Lost City of the Incas", Machu Picchu. Fly to Ecuador to explore Quito with its wonderful colonial architecture. Visit the colourful Otavalo Market and Equatorial monument before flying to the Galapagos Islands for a 3 night cruise where you will marvel at this unique wildlife sanctuary.

Day 1: Lima Arrive Lima and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Lima Half day tour of the "City of Kings".

Day 3: Lima > Arequipa Morning flight to Arequipa. Afternoon tour of the city and Santa Catarina.

Day 4: Arequipa > Colca Canyon Drive to the Colca Canyon, one of the world's deepest, through the Aguada Blanca Reserve with its herds of alpacas and vicunas.

Day 5: Colca Canyon > Puno Visit the famous "Condor Cross" for spectacular views of the Canyon and hopefully the magnificent condors in flight. Continue by road to Puno on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Day 6: Puno Visit the famous Uros floating islands and then to Taquile Island with its famous woven handicrafts.

Day 7: Puno > Cuzco Drive across the mighty Altiplano through spectacular scenery to Cuzco.

Day 8: Cuzco Morning at leisure. Afternoon tour of the cobble-stoned city of Cuzco and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman.

Day 9: Cuzco > Sacred Valley Travel into the Sacred Valley and visit the Pisac markets and Ollantaytambo citadel.

Day 10: Sacred Valley > Machu Picchu > Cuzco Today will be a highlight as you travel by train to Machu Picchu for a tour of the "Lost City of Incas". Return by train to Cuzco for overnight,

Day 11: Cuzco > Quito Fly to Quito. Rest of day at leisure.

Day 12: Quito Tour of colonial Quito - a UNESCO World Heritage site and the Northern capital of the Incan Empire. Also visit the Equatorial Monument.

Day 13: Quito > Otavalo > Quito Today travel the Pan American Highwy to visit the colourful Otavalo market - unique in that its vendors barter their goods in silence!

Day 14: Quito > Galapagos Fly to the Galapagos Islands and board your luxury yacht, La Pinta. Afternoon visit to the Cerro Colorado Tortoise Centre.

Day 15: Galapagos Explore San Cristobal Island - bird watching, sea lions and snorkeling.

Day 16: Galapagos Today is on Espanola Island with its blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas and albatrosses. Choice of snorkeling or glass-bottom boat in the afternoon.

Day 17: Galapagos > Guayaquil On Baltra Island visit the Charles Darwin Research Station and see the giant tortoises. Transfer to Baltra airport and fly to Guayaquil for overnight.

Day 18: Guayaquil Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
